dc.description.abstractHorses inoculated with Mexican typhus develop a febrile reaction of short duration, accompanied by the appearance of certain serological manifestations, i.e., the sera develop the capacity to agglutinate Proteus X 19 and to opsonize Rickettsia prowazeki.
